What we collect

Contact info — when you RSVP, we store the email address or phone number you provide so we can send you invitations and updates.

Technical data — your browser sends standard headers (IP address, user agent, referrer) to our hosting provider when you visit. This is aggregated for site analytics and abuse prevention.

Cookies— we set small browser cookies to remember your theme and day/night preference, and to keep you signed in if you’re an admin. We don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Why we collect it

• To invite you to events and share updates from the club.
• To respond to questions or messages you send us.
• To understand how the site is being used and improve it.

Text messages (SMS)

If you provide a phone number when you RSVP, you’re opting in to receive text messages from Supernatural Wellness Club related to the event you’re joining and future gatherings — invitations, reminders, location details, and occasional updates from the club. Full terms for the SMS program are in our Mobile Terms of Service.

Frequency — message frequency varies based on event activity, but is typically a few messages per month or less.

Carrier rates — standard message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

Opting out — reply STOP to any text message you receive from us to be removed immediately. Reply HELP for assistance. You may also contact us through our Instagram to be removed.

Your text-message consent stays with us. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. This data is never sold, rented, or otherwise disclosed for any purpose, including third-party marketing.

Location data

We don’t collect or track your location. The site doesn’t use geolocation APIs, geofencing, or any location-based services. The only address we share is the event venue, and only after you’ve RSVP’d.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell or rent your information.
• We don’t share your contact info with third parties for their own marketing.
• We don’t use advertising trackers or third-party pixels.
• We don’t use cookies or plugins to track abandoned carts — this site has no shopping cart functionality.

The above exclusions explicitly include text messaging originator opt-in data and consent — this information will never be shared with any third parties.

Third-party services

The site is built on a few infrastructure providers:

• Vercel — hosts the site and provides basic analytics on page performance.
• Supabase — stores RSVP contact information securely.
• Google Calendar— only invoked if you click an “add to calendar” link; your data isn’t sent to Google by us.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text message from us to opt out of SMS immediately.
• Reply to any email from us with the word unsubscribe to be removed from the email list.
• Reach out via Instagram to be removed from all communications.
• Clear cookies in your browser settings to reset site preferences.
